How to navigate this website:

THIS pop-up window contains your navigation menu! clicking the links in the menu will open those pages in a separate window; and you can toggle back and forth between that main window and this menu window, as needed (toggle: to hold down the "Alt" key while pressing and releasing the tab key). so -- we don't have all the menu-clutter on the content pages!! :  ^) YAYYY!!!
